How I Lost 7 Pounds Doing 21 Day Fix

My first round of the 21 Day Fix is complete! I will be starting ROUND TWO when I get back from the Beachbody cruise on April 1. :) Who wants to join me?

I really was debating on NOT sharing these pictures because I don’t have a 6 pack – I was being really critical of myself. However, I heard someone I admire say “by sharing your PROGRESS you inspire others” … wow! I figured ANY progress would inspire someone so I shouldn’t hold back. 

My “before” = mind you that I was working out & eating healthier BUT I was allowing myself more cheats (one too many restaurant meals with Mat or late night snacks) & was dilly-dallying in a bunch of random workouts (not following a calendar).

My “after” = truly committed to crushing each 30 min workout AND eating the same healthy foods BUT the right PORTION SIZES.

Results = I lost 7 pounds & many inches (I don’t have the exact # but the pictures are proof!) in just 21 days … blows my mind!

PS – funny story – those little purple bikini bottoms I tried to wear in my day 1 pic but my mom kept telling me to adjust them because “you can see your butt crack”. Day 22 those babies fit PERFECT … my booty literally lifted & toned it’s shape. Wahoooo!!

    I’m thinking of giving this a try but I would love your help with the meal plans…it’s intimidating to me to pick all these foods that fit in these containers. Maybe I’m over thinking it

    Not a breakfast person and I know in order to lose weight breakfast needs to be a part of the process….what kinds of foods did you incorporate in the 21 day fix?

      Hey Sue! Thanks for the comment. Are you doing the Fix too? For me for breakfasts I did veggie egg cups – which you can find that recipe on my website in a more recent post. I’d also do oatmeal with a veggie scramble some days if I wanted to mix it up. And I always fall back on Shakeology if I’m in a hurry. Normally for the Fix I would have Shakeology later in the day for lunch or dinner. Does that help? I can share more recipes or ideas if you want to brainstorm together.
