My first round of the 21 Day Fix is complete! I will be starting ROUND TWO when I get back from the Beachbody cruise on April 1. Who wants to join me?
I really was debating on NOT sharing these pictures because I don’t have a 6 pack – I was being really critical of myself. However, I heard someone I admire say “by sharing your PROGRESS you inspire others” … wow! I figured ANY progress would inspire someone so I shouldn’t hold back.
My “before” = mind you that I was working out & eating healthier BUT I was allowing myself more cheats (one too many restaurant meals with Mat or late night snacks) & was dilly-dallying in a bunch of random workouts (not following a calendar).
My “after” = truly committed to crushing each 30 min workout AND eating the same healthy foods BUT the right PORTION SIZES.
Results = I lost 7 pounds & many inches (I don’t have the exact # but the pictures are proof!) in just 21 days … blows my mind!

PS – funny story – those little purple bikini bottoms I tried to wear in my day 1 pic but my mom kept telling me to adjust them because “you can see your butt crack”. Day 22 those babies fit PERFECT … my booty literally lifted & toned it’s shape. Wahoooo!!
